Yes! We want to ensure Sensei Scans remains accessible. Registered users automatically receive 3 free translation credits every day just by logging in. Please note: To keep the system fair, these daily free credits are only applied if your current balance is below 10 credits. They do not stack indefinitely. If your balance is under 10, the daily bonus will bump your total up by 3 credits (e.g., a balance of 9 will become 12) so you can keep translating!
Once you buy a credit pack, those credits stay in your account forever until you use them.
We currently focus on Japanese to English, but working on supporting other languages.
Because credits are consumed immediately upon translation, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical error, please contact our support.
