• Account Information: Your email address and basic profile data provided during OAuth (Google Sign-In) or email registration.
• Transaction Data: Records of your credit purchases and consumption. (We do not store full credit card details; payments are handled securely via our payment processor).

2. How We Handle Your Images

The core of our service involves processing image files. Your privacy regarding these files is paramount:

• Transient Processing: Images uploaded to Sensei Scans are temporarily held in memory or secure cloud storage to facilitate the OCR and translation processes.
• No AI Training: We do not use your personal, uploaded images to train our baseline translation or image-recognition algorithms.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

To provide high-quality translations, we may route text data extracted from your images through third-party APIs (such as Google Translate, DeepL, or OpenAI). These services only receive the extracted text snippets, not the source images, and are bound by their own stringent privacy standards.

4. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical safeguards to protect your account data. However, as no electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, we cannot guarantee absolute data security.
