By accessing or using the Sensei Scans platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our translation tools.

2. Description of Service & AI Limitations

Sensei Scans provides automated translation and image editing tools powered by artificial intelligence. By using our service, you acknowledge that:

• Translations are generated by machine learning algorithms and may contain errors, mistranslations, or lack cultural nuance.
• Sensei Scans is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy for OCR or translation outputs.

3. Credits, Payments, and Refunds

Our service operates on a pay-per-use system utilizing digital "credits."

• One (1) credit is consumed per translation action.
• All purchases of credit packs are final. Because credits represent instantly deliverable digital computing power, we do not offer refunds once credits have been used.
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains in good standing.

4. User Content and Responsibilities

You retain all rights to the original images you upload. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring you possess the legal right or permission to reproduce, translate, and distribute the content you upload to our servers.
